    Follow this menu path at the top of your Comms chat:
    Comms (top header) -> Routines -> Agent Room

    Copy Webhook URL & Webhook Key
    Tap Copy Webhook URL and paste it into field 3, then tap Copy Webhook key right next to it and paste it into field 4.
